Doctor boris was born in Moscow in 1954. He has a degree in cybernetics and applied mathematics. He built mathematical models for biologists, doctors and engineers in various Soviet research centers. In the 1980s, with Igor Tcharkovsky (Moscow Academician of Sciences) he worked on research projects about the effects of immersion of the body in water and its reaction to the absence of gravity in space.
In 1991 he moved to California and since 1993 has resided in Italy in Versilia where he developed a personal method on hydromotricity for children and pregnancy to which he gave the name of “Aquananda Project”. He continued his activity as a water instuctor for children and adults with disabilities in various public and private facilities, including the center Don Gnocchi from Marina di Massa and Cardinal Ferrari from Parma-Fontanellato (since 2010). At the S. Chiara Clinic in Florence for several years (since 2000) the Aquananda method was used to prepare for childbirth (first with the active collaboration of the drott. Ginzburg and then independently).
He has collaborated with the Italian Swimming Federation and with “Movimento per il Parto Attivo” (M.I.P.A.). He also implemented a research project for children with heart disease at “l’Ospedale O.P.A.” in Massa which was presented at the 9th congress of “Council of cardiovascular nursing and allied” in Dublin, April 24-25, 2009.
